The best way to lower your bad cholesterol is to cut out on saturated fat. There are food types that can help the process:
1. Fiber (it bings with cholesterol, foods like garlic, apples, carrots...)
2. Food rich in plant stanol esters (margarin, orange juice, special supplements...)
3. If you eat meat, make it fish, beaf or boiled lamb
It's also a good idea to cut the usage of salt. As for the oils, olive oil works best. Try to drink coffe and tea without sugar.
