Healthy diet

All that we eat, builds us and change us, and our energy, health and life depends on it. - Hippocratus

Greek philosopher and doctor Hippocratus was one of the first to emphasize the meaning of healthy diet, instead of the drugs. His famous words were: Let your medicine be your food, and your food your medicine.
Today, modern medical science has found the basic rules of healthy diet, you should:

- eat vegetables and fruit
- eat wholegrain breads, pasta, rice and breakfast cereals
- take low fat milk and dairy products
- lean meat, poultry, fish, eggs, nuts, lentils or beans - reducing the meat in a meal by adding beans

Follow this short tips and your health will improve. And remember, too much of any food is not a good idea.
